I’m Beatriz, a UX/CX Research Specialist from São Paulo, Brazil, currently living in Porto, Portugal. I’ve always been curious about how people interact with products and services, which led me to study Information Science at the University of São Paulo, followed by a postgraduate in Trends Management and Communication in Lisbon and a Master’s in Urban Studies (ISCTE/NOVA). These experiences shaped my systemic and analytical approach to research, always aiming for impact.
Over the past 14 years, I’ve worked with multinational clients like Itaú, Santander, Galp, and AB InBev/Bees, leading research projects across Brazil, Portugal, Spain, and the United States. I help teams understand users, map journeys, test concepts, and improve conversion funnels — turning insights into actionable recommendations that make products and services better.
Along the way, I’ve also lived a bit of a nomad life, spending months in Switzerland, France, and Spain, which gave me a perspective on how culture shapes user experiences. Before going fully freelance, I held roles as an Information Architect, Market Researcher, Service Designer, and UX Researcher, including leading a team at Millennium bcp, where I partnered with C-level stakeholders to guide product and business strategy.
I love helping teams build products that truly meet user needs, and I’m always excited to explore new challenges and perspectives.
